QUALITY POLICY

As a leading company in the self-drive cars for hire business in the Canary Islands, the management of the CABRERA MEDINA GROUP is conscious of the benefits that improving quality brings at all levels of the organization. Considering that we are in optimum conditions to generate these changes, we propose - taking on the obligation of our responsibilities and contributing the knowledge and infrastructure acquired throughout these years - combining all our efforts to establish a Quality System based on the requirements of Standard UNE-EN-ISO 9001 (2000).
     

The System established is intended to assure conduct that brings about a guarantee in the services rendered, acting as a driving force, guide and example in the fulfilling of an obligation and responsibility that concerns us at all levels and to all the personnel of the company, working towards total quality and having as our aim the complete satisfaction of our clients, both internally and externally, thanks to the fulfilling of your requirements with regard to services, products, fixed time frames and dates. For this reason we would mention the following as priority objectives of the Quality System:

  • Compliance with the legal requirements and concomitant regulations and of those offered to clients, consolidating your confidence in our services.
  • Assurance of quality in all the services offered.
  • Continuous improvement of the procedures used and the services offered, adapting ourselves at all times to the needs of demand and to market requirements.
  • Efficient management and control of all processes.
  • The efficient assigning of duties and responsibilities so that the concept of quality is present at all levels and activities.
  • The extension of the principles applied to our company to suppliers and subcontractors, making them play a part in our quality policy.
  • Increasing the awareness and motivation of our personnel about the importance of the introduction and development of a Quality System, guaranteeing their training for the correct performance of their activities within the organization.

Taking into account these guidelines, the management reiterates their firmest commitment, joining forces for the achievement of these objectives.
